captain obvious on the news this morning: "If you see a downed power line, do not try to pick it up yourself, call the Utilities emergency line at blah blah" - yeah because it is *ever* a good idea to pick up a downed power line

But you guys are underestimating how stupid people are out there. There are people that need that warning lol. Like the guy that was trying to thaw a frozen water pipe in his basement using a blowtorch. He set the wall on fire that was right behind the pipe. ;)
