We once went to earls in Vancouver for a staff xmas party. We had a set menu we had agreed to at $18 per person for app, entree and dessert. When we got to the restaurant they said they couldn't find our menu so said everyone could order what every they wanted for $18 each. So everyone took an app and almost everyone took the most expensive entree on the menu, bad screw up for earls lol. ;)
