Yum, I love zucchini! I've got a huge squash I'll have to cook tomorrow before it goes bad, I love them roasted with some brown sugar and lots of butter I like the veggie of the month idea!

Sounds yummy...and gluten free???...I am avoiding spicy/hot until I am done nursing. "Frank" has been pretty lonely without me the past 6 months.

Got lost in the rants section. Yikes SDM has been making SC opinionated and slightly crazy, well since always, but especially this past week. DD is 20 months. She has been GF for 2 months now. She has an official Celiac diagnosis by scope. She was 17 pounds at the end of June and I weighed her this am and she was 22 lbs! 5 lbs in 2.5 months! The rest of the family has not excluded gluten, but we are not actively including it either. e.g. we all have GF meals at times and I am not buying/eating whatever DD can't have a GF version of. Most times we just all end up eating GF though.

Vegan cuisine has piqued my interest because the often have GF options which is huge! We are going away this weekend and meal planning took a lot of time and lots of phoning places in advance. Which reminds me I have to call the TO Zoo again as they have not returned my call.

Don't bothr nothing there is gluten free I was there 2 weeks ago...the fries but there cooked in teh same fryer as the breaded stuff. NOW African Lion Safari is amazing!!!!! They have a gf hot dog and a hotdog bun!!!

If your in the GTA - end of the month is the Gluten Free Expo! LOTS of vendors, coupons and samples!

I saw the Expo Info. Can't go or I would! GF coupies. Drools. I am in the Hamilton area. I heard the Zoo was pretty bad for food. We plan on packing a lunch anyway, but it is nice to know your options. Looks like next summer we will be looking for an African Lion Safari Deal!!! The Zoo will be Free for the whole family...which is why we are going...and I hear a little person. TTYL.

good afternoon all. stopping to to say hi.. went to apply at a job fair this morning only to find out it doens't start for 2 hours.. so I left. i'll apply online. good news is hubby is pickingup chinese then were off to the fair ..just pray our kids dont kill each other or burn down the house while were gone. lol

Just got a package delivered. It was from Shop Girl for my birthday!!! How sweet is that???

So, many goodies! A sweet card, Flip Flops with Silver stars on them, loads of Chocolate, smelly stuff, wall clings, and COUPONS!!! Seriously brightened my whole week! TYSM
