Bye Lola!
Some people were saying you could still get the FPC if you got the $1 coupon so here's hoping!Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur... happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr purr purr

oooh a $1 coupon would be good when they go on sale for $1 or $2 at NF. I hardly ever buy them, just for a snack for the kids (they'll share a ham/cheese/cracker one occasionally). Usually I'd rather just cut up the cheese and put out crackers, than pay the $2 for one of those. lol. But they are a nice treat.

We've been having "vegetable of the month." Pick a less common vegetable and use it a couple of times. It has been fun. Increases our veggie intake and gives us something new. We have done zucchini for August. We had zucchini fritters a couple of times. I also got a recipe for zucchini parmesan. We had fried eggplant once. Any eggplant suggestions?
