Morning everyone! Like Veevee, I am so done with winter this year. Such a dreary one! Bring me some sun. Low key day here. May start baking and freezing some gluten free cupcakes for DD's birthday party next week. Our local GT had GF Betty Crocker cake mix on clearance for $1.99. I bought them all. If you buy GF you know what a steal this is! We are still new to GF so I am not yet mixing my own flours; sticking to premade blends or mixes for baking. Have a good one.

What a fabulous deal, are the expiry dates good? If your trying to be total gf, be careful what type of ketchup, toothpaste, gum and such you purchase. Gluten is in so many things, it's crazy. Most people just think eating gluten free means not eating anything with wheat in it, but as a Celiac, I learned long ago, it's much much more than that.

Kw01ai - Thats a steal for the Betty Crocker GF mixes! If you ever need a GF flour I find the best one is by Bobs Red Mill GF all purpose mix, I have used so many and always go back to that one.

Just went to the liquor store and bought 1000ml of smirnoff ice and 4 other coolers for tonight. 2 rockstar with vodka lemonaid..2 jaw drop coolers 1 puckering punch and 1 jaw drop sucking lemons. Off to bed now for a few hours but want to be up by 4pm to start getting ready for dinner. My friend kat should be here by about 5.45pm.
