Morning LTUC!!
It's so quiet here today, it's amazing how empty the house feels when the kids are gone! It was hard to say goodbye to DS #1 on Friday, I loved having him home!!! He's on some new meds and I actually like how they're working- it was a lot more peaceful when he was here than it has been in the past! Hopefully we're on the right path this time, keeping my fingers crossed!!!Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur... happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr purr purr

Happy to back into routine. DD is at school and DS and I ran to the grocery store (empty tear pads everywhere) and just got home.

I'm really hoping the whole coupon craze dies down. It's become way to hard to coupon. My usage has dropped so drastically in the last year. I can never find coups for things I use and cashiers are so strict because of fraud. It's sad.

Gah, things like that really annoy me. Our society has become a "throw away" society. We throw things out, rather than fix them because its usually cheaper to get a new one. So sad. And it's all big business wanting to make more money.
We had the same experience with our old TV. It was much cheaper to buy new rather than fix the one part that was broken (and risk something else breaking).

My SIL is from Winnipeg and loves winter. She's bummed if there's little snow. Her and BIL do a lot of winter activities (snow mobiles, etc).
I can't stand winter! I literally can't think of anything I like about cold or snow. lol

We're working crazy hard this year to pay off debt so that we can save for a trip next winter. I'm hopeful it happens. This winter was horrible.
