All good so far..next fri will listen in on calls again. But this time they take the call and talk to the caller but you do all the computer work. Find their account in system..research, make changes to account etc but still not talk to callers yet.
Thinking about you all. The sun is shining today so I am H.A.P.P.Y. Already have been out in the garden with the ankle biters (my kids lol).

Already took the garbage out, started laundry, did up most of a train and now just taking a break before snack time (pretty surety kids are hobbits by the way they eat. lol).
