Thanks Lynn, he is a very healthy 72 year old lol he walks about 15-20 km a day (think the shopping mall in NS, to four corners and back lol), he eats well and takes really good care of himself. He actually looks about 55 ppl are always shocked when I say no past 70 hahaQuote:

Hiya peeps! After 9 months of scrimping and saving I FINALLY get to put my car on the road (pending the e-test)... I'm so freaking excited!!!! It's been so hard and I've had to go without a lot of things but I'll finally be able to get a job :) Actually, I already booked a casual job... my best friend hooked me up with one of her clients that's looking for respite care for a week in June. If all goes well, I'll be able to work for them more after the week is up. Things are finally looking up and I'm SO HAPPY!!!!

i just applied today to part time cashier job at a local building/lumber center. they say on the jobbank that they'll offer flexible hours which would be fantastic. fingers crossed at this end too!

Natalka...I saw something on Dr Oz about taking this supplement before bed in order to get a relaxed night of sleep...there was a gal on there that reminded me of you and they told her how not getting enough quality sleep is affecting her and that this was to help from the first time she took it....I'm going to grab a coffee and breakfast, but I'll look it up for you later...it had a very unusual name! morning everyone. well, dropped dd1 off at school this morning and we're back to standing at the fence screaming and crying not wanting to go in. she had gotten so much better the past 2 months or so, now we're right back to square 1. gah. i'll write the teacher a note again and ask if anything has changed/new teacher/ea perhaps. she's so shy that everything sets her off. poor thing. although i did get a bit of a laugh, dd2 was with me this morning dropping gracie off and when she started crying again claire said 'ohhhh no, not again!!' hehe
very sunny outside today, covered my plants last night - booo frost! i saw on the news that a few of the apple orchards here had hired helicopters to fly over them to keep the air moving so no frost (last year they lost 80% of their crop).
