Sunshine, so happy your DD's fever broke; there's nothing quite as frightening as a child who's ill....I hope that's the end of it and that she'll be bright as a new penny soon! Although...I guess that little expression goes out the door! hahaha!!

I'm off to sleep....we babysat our grandson while his daddy was in the Relay for Life and our DD in still in Washington...she phoned and said it's THE most amazing place! She was awe-struck by the Lincoln Memorial, and of course the Vietnam memorial wall...she even found someone with my maiden-name on it (which is a tich unusual)...she took lots of pics so I'm anxious to see them and bought me the Smithsonian book which has all the exhibits in it, many of which she saw before her atta-girl stuff got started for her work.
All I want is for her to land safely here tomorrow...she missed her little guy as much as he misses her...but he and I did a 'craft' earlier this evening, and he's very proud to show it to hie Mom tomorrow. Oh! And, LOL....he was on the "honour roll" in JK! Really??! There's an honour roll in JK?? Good thing daddy was there to take pics!
Anyway...wedding tomorrow then a block party where we used to live, and where our Dd and her family live now...fun times!!

I have been in my own little world of "Grade 8 graduation." Busy making preparations for that and packing up my classroom for the end of the year.

Lol, Granger...hubby SO disliked filling out those "comments" when doing reports; the ones he had to 'check off' sometimes didn't met the student's criteria, then thinking of something to write for each one was draining...much coffee was consumed!

my word what a weekend so far, yesterday was 'supposed' to be go to free sale, come home work on list.. pftt went to free sale, hit 10 more garage sales, then went to closing sale of shoe store(nothing), then to market to pick up some sausage and fruit/veggies, then to TSC for dirt, then to NF's for groceries, by the time we got home it was dinner time.. so much for getting anything done.. *SIGH*
anyway DH DID install our A/C last night so a fantastic night sleep, great start to today. lots of little things planned for today. so far great weather for it. dinner is in the Crockie.. dessert will be next.
