    I have tried to be for the last 5 years. But it is so hard and expensive when I eat out. At home i just eat whole foods and buy gf pasta and bread in the summer.

    abby my husband is GF and i am Dairy Free
    it is NOT WORTH eating gluten if it makes you sick!!!

    Plus it can contribute to your overall not feeling well and cause serious issues. Don't do it!!
