NEWS FLASH!!!
There are still a TONNE of $2 ADIDAS coupies at SDM in Stony Plain.
Thats the Town NOT the Road, Folks.
So While I was using my J&J FPC on some Johnsons baby gift baskets. I turn down the deoderant aisle and AAAAAHHHHHHH (angels singing)....
So I'll grabbed some coupies and some pit stick, only to look up at a stunningly handsome guy behind me, watching my fat ars crouched on the ground digging for MENS deoderant....great. I mean seriously I had on sweatpants and winter boots.
So I told him, "the ladies like this one...".
He Blushed.
"....because its free silly"
"WHUT?"
So I explained. As I turned around the corner to the next aisle, I looked back at the last second, and guess who was crouched on the floor digging for pitstick?
Is the adidas at the bottoom shelf of all of the SDM's?? GEEEZ!
Total cost $34.27. I'm not sure of the discount, I wish the reciepts at SDM told you your savings like at Safeway. I used a bunch of bonus optimum points coupons and got an extra 9000 pnts. Thats $10 Bucks YAHOOOO!

LOL! Nice post!
...and yes, every store has them on the bottom shelf! Sort of like the Advil...I'm practically doing a handstand just to see that the shelf is empty all the way to the back! haha!

Great shopping! Yep, bottom shelf here too. Not such an ordeal for me, about the only time being really short comes in handy. By the til they have the old stock adidas deodorant on clearance. For $4! Yeah, I'll pass and get the new ones for free thank you

Was loreal on sale? Yes the pit stick is on the bottom row at my SDM's I go to. I guess that's all Addidas could claim. Shelf postion is very highly coveted for certain companies.

Yes Crissy, the L'oreal was on sale for $5.99 I had a coup for $2 each.
So I paid $4 for each of them, but theres a printable Shoppers optimum coup for 5000 bonus points. I needed some conditioner so I figured it was worth it to spend $12 for the product plus 5000 bonus points.

Haha...I enjoyed the bottom shelf description too, and it made me feel a bit better about my own struggles to get to the Adidas...imagine how graceful you look when you're eight and a half months pregnant and hunkered down on the floor hauling out pit-sticks!!! Oh, the things we'll do for free stuff...it took me about 20 minutes to get myself back to a standing position with my arms full of Adidas and my belly weighing me down!!!

I drive from the Grove to that Shoppers. The staff at the Stony Plain location are awesome. I refuse to buy at either of the 2 in the Grove. I had no issues in Stony with the deo and the coupons or with Advil (3.99) and the coupons. They adjusted the coupon value. I always seemed to find discounted dairy items there too. I am hopeful the new Shoppers on 16a will have great staff! I can't wait for it to open, it looks HUGE!
