All I did was answer the STQ when I won. I did not have to fill out any forms. Received my win a few days ago.
Did you win a bigger prize or something?

Anyone ever enter a PIN and iCoke says it's not valid? This came off a two litre bottle we just finished, wasn't a salvaged one or anything.
I'd love some Nestea too, if you want to get rid of some I'd send you a SASE also! My DH loves that stuff.

I've had the problem with Invalid Code. I made sure I didn't do Caps Lock- and it took me a few tries then it accepted it.

Don't you have problem with entering your address information? I redeemed for the Esquire, but it kept showing me:We're sorry. The address you entered does not appear to be valid. Please review and try again. If this is a U.S. address and the problem persists, consider checking the address at the US Postal Service website.
but on the right hand side, there is "* Offer valid for Canadian residents only. *"
I have sent email to Esquire customer service 5 days ago and didn't got any reply yet.Opening an ING Direct bank account with my "orange key" 36097761S1 & make your first deposit of $100, you will Earn $25!
