My Mom uses John Frieda for curly hair and has for many years, yet hates how expensive it is so whenever we see it on sale we stock up.
Independent ->
3x JF Curly Mousse @$10.49-%50-$5WUB2
= $12 with tax (thats around the price of one)
Shoppers->
2x JF Curly Shampoo @5.99-$5WUB2
2x JF Curly Conditioner @$5.99-$5WUB2
2x JF Brunette Shampoo @$5-$5WUB2
2x JF Bruneete Conditioner @$4-$5WUB2
St. Ives lotion @$3.49-$1.5-
Newspaper
= $26.xx -$10 gift card from the $50 promotion a little while ago
so total OOP was $15 (again around the price of one regularly)

If you read the Shoppers flyers regularly, you can sometimes determine when the JF products (all or a few) will like come up at sale prices.

I found a tearpad at London drugs for $5 off WUB2. Really wish I could find a sale I really want to try these products out but sooo expensive at regular price I could never afford that. Great BRAG!

Wow amanazing deals
I love the curly hair product line & once found it a dollarama (small town Ontario) so now I always take a peek to see if they have it. It was 2.00 a bottle & I bought 12... but I did not shelf clear
Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

If you read the flyers online every week for a month, you'll notice when specific brands of products go on sale--usually about 1x/month (I keep an eye for my fave personal care brands and buy them when on sale; bonus for me if I happen to have coupons too as funds are limited). I was in the Lime Ridge Mall SDM today and saw a selection of John Frieda Brilliant Brunette items on sale in the hair care aisle. I came this close
to getting the JF shampoo but since I have a different shampoo already, I have to use up the current one before getting more.
As for the Sunday/Monday specials concerning a 6-pk of Coke or Pepsi ($1.99 pricing for 4.2L -what's not to like!), they can occur 1x/ month or 2x/month.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

Yesterday at Zellers I got 2 bottles of John Frieda for 2 pennies, yep. They scanned at a penny each. It was on clearance and must have been sitting there for a while for 5 dollars each. Well after a certain length of time a products sits the price adjusts itself to a penny, sweet ! I did the happy dance out of the store!
