Well, been at the hospital since 4:30 am. Loooongest day ever, but once I got my epidural this morning, I've been catching up on some much needed sleep! Hurray! I posted some things Pressley has grown out of or away from on a mom swap group for my city. 2 items were picked up today, one for $20.00 and one for $2.00. I left the items between my door because I had an appointment this morning and they were to leave the money in my mailbox. The $20.00 went missing. I do this all the time, no one in my neighborhood touches my sale stuff, just the young kids go after Pressley's toys (older kids were in school...10am). Sooo annoyed.

I will gladly take any excess weight - boob or otherwise - that any of you would like to dispose of. I know I'm about to become the most hated person on here but I actually have more trouble gaining weight than losing it (as I duck and cover) I've always had crazy metabolism and I'm pretty active but being scoffed at for how skinny you are isn't always ideal either. I would kill for curves! Embrace them ladies! On a related note I've been asking Santa to bring m boobs snce I was a teenager but alas b is as far down the alphabet as I've been long live the itty bitty titty committee

Here is an off topic question - I am the manager of our local pipe and drum band - we are desperate for funds, in a culturally rich province there is very little available in the way of grants etc. to help save small organizations like ours
what are some neat and interesting fundraisers we could do?
We do an Xmas Basket and an Easter Basket raffle, we rely on parades for $$ too, we had two cancellations this fall which lost us a possible $800. Just wondering what neat stuff might be out there for us to try.

Host a Community Event with a Carnival theme...Get a few donations from local businesses for prizes, etc.
I have an entire outline if you are interested, pm me and I will forward it.... Entertaining children costs a fortune, so if you can organize something that will entertain children yet not cost an arm & a leg, you will get a HUGE turn out!
Also, QSP is our largest fundraiser each year.

DD's first christmas and first photo with santa (this is some weird fishing santa that was FREE at vaughan mills mall - I have since learned there is a traditional FREE santa at bass pro shop (in the same mall), went last year but DD was terrified of santa, hopefully this year she will actually let santa hold her)

the little boy in the second photo is my cousin's son, he is 4 months old that my DD.

Edit note: DD looks stunned and about to cry but she never actually cried (the first year), she is 6 month here
