    That's soo awesome.

    I've been struggling this week- Halloween, Art Gallery desserts and my nephew's birthday yesterday (I did the cake). It was a superhero party. I need a superhero will-power shield/sword to keep me away from left-overs.

    Haven't gained any weight this week, which means i could've lost some. We'll see at the weigh-in tomorrow morning.

    Great to see so many resisting and exercising and all that good, healthy stuff. LOL! Have a good Sunday!

    Good Luck on the weigh ins tomorrow everyone, think I have had a good week diet wise but we shall see in the morning!! Family dinner tonight so will have to exercise my will power. I usually make dessert but I splurged and bought an ice cream cake.I hate ice cream cake so that will help!

    I had a great weekend. My DD's Commencement Friday night, followed by a family style meal at Fran's at 11:00 p.m. ( Agh!!) then Saturday met up with my sis at Swiss Chalet and NO I did not just watch her eat. So....at 3:30 a.m. when I am getting on the scale after I shower for work, I may scream loud enough for all to hear. let's hope it is a scream of " I cannot believe I lost this week!!"

    I have lost (while hoping to maintain) 4.5 lbs so far. The one pound at a time is not encouraging to try to lose or avoid that treat, but looking back at almost 5 lbs for a month is VERY encouraging. So I have to thank you. My diet was clearly WAY worse than I thought. I have had NO fast (fried) food for 1 month outside of fry truck fries once.

    as i started seriously last Tuesday, my weight should be tomorrow...but to follow the rules we
    agree at the beginning, i weight myself this morning
    so......down.....11.6
