I think, by letting people know I am on a diet and an exercise regimen, that it might help me actually DO it, y'know?
So, my goal is to lose 5 inches by mid-May.
Now that everyone knows, I HAVE to do it, right? lol
I'm not doing too bad, I've been doing 7-10 minutes of the 20 minute express Zumba (I just do it when DS naps, but DD is up), but I try to do that 2-3 times a day (just started 4 days ago). This thread is currently associated with: N/A

Wahoo! Goodluck with it! And yes, sometimes accountability helps and any bit of movement more than you are doing now is good, so keep it up!

LOL...MUCH better than a banana split!
I have an apple snack many evenings...I slice it up into chunks, drop a tbsp or so (who's looking??) of Splenda Brown Sugar on top, sprinkle with cinnamon and nuke for a minute or so until as soft as you like it to be and voila! An angelic snack that tastes sinful!
And...no ice-cream, please...

If there were a diet that involved banana splits (a LOSE weight diet, not gain lol) I'd be all over it.
I just realized we have icecream in the freezer..I think it's time to Zumba, so I'm not tempted!
(3rd time for the day :D Doing pretty good!)
Oh, and I've already lost a whole inch!! (Maybe 2, but DH isn't sure he measured correctly, but at least 1.)

great job!!! remember you can eat as much raw veggies as you want... I really like snap peas... If you get them (veggies) ready (cut and in containers) as soon as you unpack groceries, it makes it easy to grab and snack on!!
keep it up!!!! It's a great way to gift yourself to a better way of lifeNanoush
