    So, I'm stuck.
    I've been going between 122 and 126 for the past 2 months..I just can't seem to lose any more. At least I mostly stay around 124..but I really wanted to get at least to 120..
    Any tips?

    If I go by what the exercise barracuda tells me, you have to increase your exercise because your body has adapted to your fitness level and you need to shock it back into action. You can do this by either increasing the intensity, the quantity, or both. For example, when i started with her, she had me walk for 30 minutes, then it went up to 40 minutes. After reaching that goal, she now makes me walk faster for one minute, then do my usual pace for 2 minutes and repeat during the whole 40 minutes. You might also think of adding another type of exercise to your routine. If you're already doing cardio, you could add lifting weights, for example.

    sometimes , if , in the past, we were at a weight for a long time, when we reach that weight again, it gets harder to go down that weight

    Zumba and diet.
    But, now I'm stuck at 119..lol. I actually got down to 117, but then I went up about 2 weeks later.

    Do exercises regularly while following a diet plan. It'll help you a lot.

    Very good idea for weight loss. While exercising you should follow a diet plan. Try to eat fiber contained foods as well.

    Yes…I totally agree with Billy. To be healthy you should follow a diet plan and do regular exercises as well.
