I maintained this week. I have been walking 1hr/5 days a week but my goal is to get to the gym this week. Have a great week!

i am the same. I am thinking that perhaps this is the weight my body would like to stay as I can't seem to get past it. I eat fairly healthy, go to the gym about 4 times a week, and do indulge usually once a week (it's called living), but just can't seem to get past it. I am 5'7" and 130.5ish. I think I am going to forgo the 5lbs I wanted to lose and just try and maintain.

O.K. now which one of you snuck into my place, force fed me sweets while I slept, then tampered with my scale??
That is the only explanation for the scale saying I am up 2 lbs again!!
Shocking! disastrous!! I was supposed to be really really good this week too.
Oh Mia!! Congratulations on your amazing weight loss so far!! I will also still be here after the New Year at the rate I am going.

excellent work everrone. I just read the fine print on my surgery dates and no excercise for a month. WTF. I am having my cataracts done over the course of two weeks. I see lots of walking in my future.

I lost 1 pound to get back to the weight I started out at with this challenge (212 ibs). I never thought I would love doing an exercise, but doing a game called Wall Breaker on "Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012" for the Xbox 360 is awesome. I enjoy doing it.

-.5lbs. This week I'll exercise and play in the snow. I will not eat all the trimmings from the treats I'm making (all week), and I will lay off the crackers and chips.
Now I need to remember all that! LOL!
