I make tuna macaroni casserole...very simple.
Cooked macaroni
Shredded cheese (gotta have cheese)
Can of tuna
Can of mushroom soup
Green peppers if you wish
And then of course put in oven...I always have this with some kind of garlic bread or brushetta, makes a cheap dinner too!

My easiest is on the stovetop - make whatever type of pasta you wish (I usually use about 450g) of a shaped pasta. After cooking, drain and put in a few Tbsp of margarine, then add a can of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup and about 1/3 can of hot water, mix, then add in can of tuna, break up and mix; add salt, pepper, garlic powder - and add more water (or milk I suppose) depending upon how creamy you want it.
Easy peasy, meal ready in 15 minutes.

Tuna a la King - basically in a creamy white sauce, serve over pasta, rice, or potatoes
Sauce - melt 2T butter in saucepan, add 2T flour, whisk together for a few minutes over medium heat.
Season as you wish (I use salt, pepper, dill, garlic powder, and a bit of chili powder or paprika for colour).
Slowly pour in while whisking - 1 1/2 cups milk, and cook for five or more minutes til thickened.
Add in drained tuna, and mix, heating through.
You can also add about a cup of cooked frozen mixed veggies.
What I most often do is sautee diced onions and celery first, then proceed with the above recipe.

Tuna bean salad -- recipe on my blog HERE --> http://mypinkthumb.com/2010/08/11/holy-sweat-batman/ Works great with quinoa instead of cous cous -- added protein!
Also one of my favs,
Tuna Pad Thai -- recipe on my blog HERE --> http://mypinkthumb.com/2011/02/24/we...tuna-pad-thai/ -- super quick/easy to make. Perfect for weeknights!

oh! i also make tuna cakes! haven't blogged that recipe, but it usually looks something like this:
in a bowl mix together:
1 can of tuna
2 good-sized potatoes; cooked and mashed
1 egg
1 green onion; chopped
1-2 tsp diijon mustard
1 tbsp ranch dressing
a few dashes of salt & pepper
form the mixture into patties and fry in a bit of olive oil on medium heat. serve with freshly squeezed lemon juice on top. mmm mmm good! Pefect for when you already have mashed potatoes on hand.

Tuna loaf
Can of tuna with juice, mix in some minced onion, some breadcrumbs, an egg - and whatever spices/herbs you wish.
Put in loaf pan and bake at 350 til done (lol, maybe 30-40 min?)
I also shape these into little patties and bake. (my son's fave because they get crunchy)
Or put into muffin tins, put some cheese on top before baking.

Tuna Salad:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, chopped
fresh or dried herbs of choice (thyme, basil, oregano, chives)
Salt & pepper
1 stalk green onions, chopped.
I can tuna drained.
Prepare vinaigrette by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, dried herbs, salt and pepper. Add drained tuna and chopped scalion.
Add to a green salad for a complete meal.
Depending on my mood, I'll also add can of drained kidney beans and adjust the vinaigrette accordingly. Other times, I'll add 1/2 an avocado, chopped.
