Good for you as you got courtesy credit. This is not the fault from SB, the problem is from Toluna and/or one of the middle man. If you have time, you should reply to SB's support email. Canadian still have problem getting credit from the Homepage Daily survey. I know US has no problem since I see US people report getting credit from SB's Facebook

They basically gave me the 60sb for ea survey completed. I should reply to SB's support email? I did, thanking them & letting them know that screen shots are supposed to be proof that we need of completion. And one of my emails did tell them there's a prob for Cnds doing their surveys.
Everyone else who didn't get their credit should be on them about it.

acosta, I know your frustration, it happens a lot, when I think I've qualified for a survey bc I'm more than 50% into it, but then I get dq suddenly. I get dq from more surveys than I qualify for. But they still are the #1 way I earn SB. So while I do curse being dq , I'm also happily making the bucks from surveys. Esp now that searches aren't what they used to be, usually just doubles.
Oh, always refresh your PL page, surveys are constantly appearing.
I do think all the TP surveys should give you 1 buck though, like PL and some DS do.

Thanks to your comments, I was able to get credit for a survey that didn't credit me on the main page (yeah for the 60 SB I worked for a few days ago) ... Stressful process since it was my first!

I think I'll stick with the Payment Wall surveys when they come up. Today's was short and sweet for 48 SB! Just barely made goal.

I did get the manual credit for the survey I did, but if I did one survey and I need to do bunch of work to fight for my credit. It is so annoying. By the time I need to do this extra work, I probably can complete another survey. I will try that HP survey again in 2 weeks. In the meantime, I won't touch it unless someone reports that he/she can get instant credit without any problem. I know this is not under SB control, but it seems Toluna/Affliates/Middle-man is not really caring if ours Canadian can get credit or not.

I have the same issue few months ago at the others sites with the same crediting problem (Credit for US, but not for Canadian), but for SSI survey. Originally, they said that they have no problem on crediting, but after I gave them the hints of only Cdn possible having credit problem, they fix the problem in 1.5 days. I don't know why it takes that long (Almost 2 weeks) for Toluna to figure out the problem.
