Spam!!!!!

I hate when I see a spam under a post of an wonderful member of SC....It seems to be a new way to do their crap....

I posted in a thread last week, which got deleted. I assume it was spam....i never know the difference

there's tax spam appearing in the home and garden section.

I've reported 2 spammers who had posted 10 posts each in the past 2 days...

When you notice very similar names member and by the dates they subscribed and the hours they are here...You know they are there for explore the site and make spam later...

Another thing to watch for is the posters that open multiple accounts and then rep/like their own accounts, which makes it look like they are legitimate users. I usually don't respond to really inane posts. We need to make it harder for these spammers to post...I report what I can, but it isn't fair to the mods to have to spend their valuable time deleting spam posts.

It's times like this that the forum needs at least one full time mod since many if not all the mods are working.

Every morning the tea room is getting worse and worse. First a few, then a few more, this morning, I bet there was at least 10 or 15....how annoying!

I am pretty sure that in the next few nights and morning it will happen...How can they have multiples accounts activate and live at the same time? I wonder if all the sites have to manage these spoilers spammers?

multiple pcs or other internet compatible devices plus IPS address forwarding software..it's not that hard to run several accounts at once.

not that I have done that on any forum I've been a member of.

It does appear to be getting worse. Feel bad for all the work the MOD's need to to just to get rid of spam, let alone all the other issues that pop up.

I just have to say since 2 weeks at least it is getting worse and worse...I mean it is everywhere now...Sometime I have difficulty to just find a thread because so many spoil everywhere...in deal,in coupons,in brag...everywhere
