I wouldn't bother with an email. I'd be calling and speaking to an actual person andsending the photos to them!

They emailed back saying that I need the codes on the outer box for this to go any farther.

Well, i'm not sure about you guys, but don't you throw the trash away? I just dropped it. I don't have the codes and they could care less.

They need the lot number, etc. from the codes. Since you knew there was a problem right away, you should have saved the packaging.

That's sickening, and unfortunately I've seen worse too. The only "dog food" I will give Marley are the acana small breed bites ( a hard food that is holistic and organic) ad, if I run out of food while I'm in the states, I will purchase blue buffalo, although when she eats the latter, I have to clean the living up She hates the "Lifesource Bits" she takes a little mouth full of food, chews the 1 or 2 kibbles and spits out the lifesourcve bits, so funny to watch her. Normally though, I cook for her some of the things we eat, minus any sauces or spices.

I don't trust dog food, and after the last episode where Costco, and ALL the grocery stores were selling the wagon trail chicken breast jerky, that led most of us to believe we were giving our dogs a healthy treat, but were in fact causing organ damage and/or kidney failure, I won't risk it anymore.

I don't keep the outer package, and this wasn't the first tray out of the package. They wanted the UPC and dates which was on the cardboard on the outerpackage.
