So I figure we all want to join the weight loss group but none of us have taken the inititive to form it fully. So here we go!
This week I figure it isn't unreasonable to take 3 walks, at 15-20 min each. Also eating a healthy breakfast everyday (I know many of you are guilty of that, me especially), and finally taking at LEAST one half hour to ourselves to destress. We deserve it!
So post on the weight loss thread about how you are doing with these three simple things that will make you feel oh so good, and next week maybe someone else can add to the first set of plans. We can all do this!!!
Let me know how things go!
CaitRemember that even though pets are here for such a short time they teach us things we would never be able to learn in many lifetimes on our own.

OK...I lied....I snuck one more roll of Rockets....but now I've moved the bag of candy out to the garage, so it will now require a bit more effort the next time I have one, and it turns into 10

I haven't started yet. Rather, I HAVE started, then stopped again my weight loss plans. Today being Sunday, I will start afresh with cait's plan tomorrow, and post on how it goes! Cool idea cait!

I ate an omlette today with a bit of chopped bacon and veggies. I'm proud that I actually ate breakfast. Tomorrow it is off for a brisk walk. The rain has prevented that for the last two days. Even the dogs don't want to go outside to pee it is so misrable out!
Gonna do some situps tonite though to make up for the missed walk today.Remember that even though pets are here for such a short time they teach us things we would never be able to learn in many lifetimes on our own.

i walked twice. once for 30 minutes and once for 15. i ate breakfast twice i thought i would get sick but i managed. i was hungry all day, really hungry. it was terrible. i am going to need help with that now. i bought halloween candy that i couldn't eat. gum(tmj) and chocolate(allergic), i won't be snacking on that. i took the clothes off my exercise bike, it is officially a bike again. i am not ready to make that goal yet.

walked this morning, fine. i made a decision though i will never be a breakfast person. as long as i eat before 10am i will be fine. an early breakfast makes me sick, and then later on in the day ravenous. my bike still hasn't graduated to a piece of fitness equipment.

This is a great idea! I have about 30lbs of baby fat that has taken up residence in my a** and thighs
I'll be going for a walk today, and had frosted flakes for breakfast... i don't think that qualifies as a healthy breakfast... I'll do better tomorrow.
Good job everyone for taking initiative! I can't wait to see how much we can lose.
Cait, you should do a weekly weigh in with everyone and post how much we've lost put together... Seeing the numbers might help motivate us.
