Same which is ok because I know in the last 2 months I have built up quite a bit of muscle mass from all the work I have been doing. Kind of bums me out that I didn't have time to cook the kind of meals I wanted to but now that everything is over I will have that time again. Looking forward to a big summer loss.

Ladies and gents our journey is full of ups and downs as is so evident in this thread.

Even with my modest goal of a pound a week I can't seem to get into it. I am not giving up, not by a long shot. It took years of bad habits to get here if it takes 2 or 3 years to get out of it I am ok with that.

I often wonder what its like for people who are thin, have no eating problems, just eat what they want and look great. I will never be one of those people. It will be something I think about from the time I wake up in the morning to when I go to bed. I work very hard so that my kids do not have to deal with the same problems that I did all my life and so far both of them are doing ok. Funny but in their eyes I am not fat. lol Kids are so honest but they also are blinded by love and loyalty.

We will make it to the end of this journey, we will succeed all in our own ways. Will I ever be a super model. Nope. Will I be skinny, nope, but I will be as healthy as I can be for my kids and grand kids(someday).

Patty, yes I have no choice but to stay here, I have regained much of the weight that I worked so hard to lose. My health issues did contribute to my spiral of depressive moods, and that led to cheesecake ( well not actual cheesecake ) but indulging of many items. I have the same obsession with " why me " , why are some people naturally thin and sitting eating in Wendy's?? ( insert silent scream )
I am either thinking about food, planning the meals for ALL of us ( wish I could shake that guilty habit, they are all grown and capable ) , shopping for it, cooking it or eating it, so no wonder I have issues.

I really want to try hypnotism to lose weight. Anyone know if it works? Maybe I can get a discount because I am already " feeling very sleepy "

Acupuncture can also help curb appetites. It does not work for everyone though,. It did not work for me.

I am with you ladies!!! You know I have been up and down, but I am still less than when I started with you gals!!! Progress, now matter how slow, is still progress. (Oh and gents!!!)
