Maybe kinda short notice to all the edmontonians I have to go to the Cancer centre on Tuesday so of course I will be at the Cancer centre but will also be stopping at South Common if any would like to have coffee. Cowgirl I also drive through Tofield I am not sure if that's close to you?

My MIL is there all week,she is undergoing radiation for bc....

I've decided to stay off SC for this weekend and tomorrow to celebrate BC's Family day and to just spend time with my family. I'll try and catch up tuesday!

Family Day in BC is a different day than in Ontario?? Weird! Ours is next weekend! If and when does Alberta have Family Day?

Soooooooooo, we are changing, phone, internet and tv providers today.... got such a good deal and will save $100 a month for a year and $60/month after that. I hope we are doing the right thing. I don't want to go back to pulling the plug out of the modem every 5 minutes. We are going to keep the other service for a month so if the new stuff is crap we will tell them to come and rip it out.

Have to get to the Dollarama today sometime, need lots of glitter for a GG valentine craft!!

I would love to see some of your projects I am a newbie to sewing I just have been dabbling in it I like to try new things. Newest I have been making my own cleaners

Armygirl I have been sewing since I was a kid and then took a course in technology and design,as my life morphs I have sewn for bands(think hair bands in the 80's/90's)dancers...those items ended up on the floor...wedding party's,quilts and home decor,when DD was little I got into boutique design selling on ebay and then pageant wear..That was a cool ride until the recession hit...then I had DS who knocked my socks off and I am just digging my way back into my studio as it became the 'throw everything in'room for the last few years! I am always collecting things for upcycling and have done several denim projects..also love working with vintage linens..
