so I had a horrible day ..yay....I wanted a walking cast so bad I wish the dr would not get my hopes up
my first day out in 2 weeks and I didn't get a walking cast I felt like crying....so I did when I came home....

on the good side my ankle is healing but not enough to walk around as much as I please...I do have a 2 hour walking limit so I guess that is better than 1 hour or not walking at all...I guess......

I know it could be worse and really am sorry for complaining....but I want to catch a break...

Here's hoping for a walking cast soon.

okay so those of you with smart phones particularly iphones how often do you have to charge yours ? sometimes I have to completley re-charge mine 2x/day....

this morning I charged it at 4% battery left ...fully charged it and now it is at 24% battery and all I did was text and 2 phone calls maybe 30mins each...is this normal ? my phone is about 3 months old

My iphone is bad for this too

Same here, although tonight my gf was over and I was emailed this great recipe for braised brussel sprouts with bacon and almonds, and she showed me how to "pin it" (There was a button on the recipe page that actually said, "Pin It" )

She has a "how to" pin in there that I think I pinned.

Missbee we have two rci's and they are the old school weeks. We do last call a lot in Elkhorn MB but not a lot of others in driving distance and the others seem to be the same as buying a pkg if you have to add a flight..am I missing something ,where do you usually go?

We don't fly...I haven't left Canada in a lot of years b/c I am a little nervous with the little ones, especially Justin b/c he is in and out of Cheo so much already and has a compromised immune system, so we tend to stay here for now (although I am hoping to get down to Florida in the spring...) Anyway, he owns three condos in the points section, and then also has the weeks membership. They often bank their points weeks, which allows me to just pay the echange & guest fee, and I have also just purchased additional weeks in Fairmont hot Springs and Mont Ste. Anne...
I would say my average is around $300 for a week.
The Elkhorn oneis always available, but it is such a long drive from here up around Lake Superior, and it does not look as though there is a lot to do there (We are go do it all, go see it all kind of people when visiting somewhere; we do not really take any down time). Would the kids be bored, or is there a lot to do there??
Note: When we do go back to Florida, we will be driving, also. I am definately a road-trip kind of gal!

kinda craptastic day around here...

DH was painting....he left the paint tray uncovered while having lunch....the cat found it.....he "painted" every surface in our house...our bed, dresser, alarm clock, the stairs, the dining room table, a few chairs, kiddos bed, a sideboard, and who knows what else....I'm still finding footprints....

so far everything except for the blanket on our bed has been salvageable......I wanted to get a new bed set when we started redecorating, DH said we don't need one......now we do...LOL

OMG! I can not imagine!Yeah for a new bed set though

Justin got a $10 ToysRus Gift Card for Christmas and was quite excited the other day when I showed him the coupon I got ordered from Momto2ks INSANELY generous package on the Advent Train.

We see them quite frequently on sale for $10.49, so he has figured out that if he gets more coupons, he can get 17 BeyBlades with his $10 card (including tax). While they are often $9.99 at Walmart, the total purchase has to be $10 before taxes to be able to apply the coupon, so he would have to pay the full price for one before he could use the coupon, and in addition, his g/c is for ToysRUs. I realize that 17 BeyBlades is ridiculous, so I will have him put some aside for gifts for friends, etc., but I am quite proud of his math and his excitement for coupons, so I want to help him out!
