I don't go to many live games but definitely looking forward to the season starting up again. Shaw has NHL Center Ice at 15% off if you sign up for their Shaw Friends email list, works out to around $30 savings and you get about 90% of the games for the regular season

Yes, tonight, right? Hubby and I were watching sports centre this morning and of course someone decided to focus on the fighting. THAT is the very reason we can't watch hockey. Seriously. The fighting is disgusting and is the only sport that behaviour is not only acceptable, but encouraged. When the game becomes less about "mine's bigger than yours" testosterone-fuelled fights, we may watch it once again.

Not my pic, but coincidentally this guy was in the section next to me at last night's game (lol re-cycle of Kesler's jersey). Was a fun game; albeit against the Oilers.....will be interesting to see how we do vs tougher teams. Sedins seem to be back in form again, and love their new linemate Radim "Vrbadass" Vrbata.....
