Our DD passed along "The Time Keeper" by Mitch Albom...what an interesting read!! Just fascinating...and quite a quick read, also! Highly recommended!

Just finished "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho. Another rather quick read, but gripping, all the way through. I enjoyed Mich Albom's book more, but this one still takes one on quite the adventure!! Also highly recommended.

An Invisible Thread (by Laura Schroff) - recommend
Invisible (by James Patterson) - so-so
My Secret Sister (by Helen Edwards & Jenny Lee Smith) - gets high ratings from others, but not my cup of tea, because the setting is in UK, and I'm not very familiar with the places mentioned. And their choice of words are so un-American, and story can get long-winded.

I've been addicted to the cozy mystery style books lately.
Working my way through:
A Blackbird Sisters Mystery Series(love these)
A Bed-And-breakfast Mystery Series(pretty good except some of the characters I'd probably kill myself) Also the author seems to use find and replace for the word said a lot and said would have been suffice. Snarled can only replace said so often and often her context seems off.Zoombucks are back: Please consider using my link to sign up again: https://zoombucks.com/?ref=IIHO0L

I have been having some fun reading quite a few books by an author I just discovered named Mo Hayder. Mystery/thriller/horror genre but what I like is they are character driven with some pretty good twists. I seem to be able to figure out "who done it" but then there she always adds a little extra gut punch plot curve ball at the end. I love when I can enjoy an author enough to binge...
On my bedside table stacked for reading are "The Little Old Lady Who Broke All the Rules" and Kate Atkinsons "Human Croquet"
I started The Girl on The Train but it was a quick loan from the library and I didnt get through more than 1/4 of it so it is also on my to read list, it seemed pretty good
