Just finished The Art of Rest by Claudia Hammond.
Rest is surprisingly complicated.
After spending so much time at home in the past year but feeling more tired than ever, learning how to rest properly is very important to me.

pre-ordered this book so long ago, ( before the lockdown ) but once it finally arrived I was in covid sheltering in place fatigue.
Today I finally finished it! Amber is just so comical as she writes about these very real life experiences.
I discovered sitting and reading in a dealership waiting for work to be done on your vehicle is a great way to distract yourself from fretting over what the cost of the bill will be.
