Dairy Queen commercial

does anyone see anything wrong with the new DQ commercial that has the little girl expecting the little boy to have a sundae sent over to her table and then she just looks at the camera and says "it's like shooting fish in a barrel"? I may be reading too much into this but I just think it sends out a very wrong message

I think it's cute, maybe not the best message to send out there, but there are so many worse things out there, it's nice to see a little humour.

the ad men did their job. you are talking about the commercial. i complained about the ad to dairy queen directly.

I might be talking about the commercial, but I haven't bought any DQ. I don't know if their campaign is successful.
Their prices are too crazy for a blop of soft icecream and some topping.

I think "brat" too. I don't like her attitude, but the commercial is not really that wrong.

Can't they just let kids be kids without putting a sleazy spin on it?? Kids love ice cream. They don't need the other insinuations to sell it! Hate it. Pathetic use of children to sell something.

diary queen had a commercial a little while ago about the father who puts his little boy on a hook so he can eat the ice cream (or someting like that can"t remember) and there was a little boy who died being hung on a hook in my town what is wrong with the advertising people at dairy queen i was'nt really offended with this one but can they come up with something better ?
