    For months I have not got any of my save.ca coupons. I've used it many many times before and they stopped coming. I checked all my info in the account and the shipping address is correct. I never get a message saying I can't get them so I figure things are fine. THREE TIMES I tried contacting them via the so-called help, and never once got a reply. Any advice? I found many of their coupons useful and would like to keep getting them.

    I`m having issues with them too. Last year I couldn`t login to my account at all. I emailed them and when they finally got back to me it was never resolved. In Jan I contacted them again. This time they logged me in but I haven`t been able to get in since. Emailed them again over a week ago and still no response. I`m missing out on a lot of good coupons.

    If you have a Facebook account I would locate them and leave a message on their wall. It is amazing how quickly you get a response when it is in the public view. Hope that helps....

    Strange, I've been having great service with them. Less than a week after I order I usually have them in my mailbox. I think my longest wait was around 2 weeks or so, and that was just because it was the Christmas holidays.

    i still didn't get my coupons since Dec.......I gave up already....good thing all the FPCs so far this year was thou websavers and not save.ca or else I doubt I will be getting anything at all....

    I took the advice and posted on their FB page, hoping that'll encourage them to take a minute and help me. I can log in and order, it's just they never come now.

    If you have multiple accounts with save.ca they track your IP address and shut it down when they do a sweep. Try opening a new account and keeping it to just one.

    save.ca updated saying there will be lots of new coupons out tomorrow on their site.....omg....it will be sooooo sad I will be missing out on them
