I use a 3" binder, found it at Princess Auto in their surplus section for $1.00. Decorated the front cover with flower stickers from the Dollar Store.
Inside front cover has a small pocket, use it to store my lists of coupons wanted by friends.
I use baseball card clear pages I got from the Dollar Store, 10 pages in a pack for $1.00.
I use binder dividers also from Dollar Stores or Staples, label each with different categories in alphabetical order.
The first section is for my FPC and high value coupons so I don't miss using any of them.

To transport I always carry it in a reusable shopping bag (black so the dirt doesn't show). It fits in the cart just fine alongside my purse. Then I always have my coupons in any store I visit that has carts. This bag also allows me to carry all the week's flyers too.

I started with ziploc bags, envelopes, small accordian file the size of a cheque book. All became too small too fast!
For trades I separate these coupons into clear ziploc bag as soon as I get them so I don't carry them in the binder. I find it heavy enough without these too.
I have a ziploc bag with the binder, in the same black bag, with small scissors, pen and my coupon log where I try to record what I saved using coupons/date/store. I hope to get a tally of what my savings were this year (learned this from another SC thread!!).
Sorry no photo - my phone is an old one and I can't download the photos from it.

This is how MTLcouponer and I organize our trade coupons. It makes it easier to check what brands we have and go through people's wishlists, especially if they are in alphabetical order

Index cards and boxes can be purchased at staples. I got my index boxes on sale for .23 cents in the liquidation bins! I have a larger size box for oversized coupon booklets.

I made my own... I have pics of it on my profile page. It's just a purse with a bigger inner section where I made my own tab pages with A - Z. Certain ones like diapers or cereal I just put in an envelope under the letter. This has worked great for me... Unfortunately my purse is starting to get worn out and haven't been able to find one that compares yet! I also have a little 4x6 photo book that I put my favorite ones in and envelopes with the stores name on it which I put the coupons that I'm using that day in it. ( in which I shove into the front of the little album lol. Tried making a binder but realized it would be way tooooo big with all of my coupons! The purse is great for me. Some days it's a little heavier than others.. No one ever knows that I'm couponing.. Well not until I get to the til that is

Also how much were the card holder sheets from staples? I think there might have been some $1 tabs or dividers at wm on clearance

yes! this is she!! the card holder sheets come in packs of 5 under the Martha Stewart line and are between 2.99 and 4.99 id say depending which size you get (baseball card, business card and picture sizes) .The dividers are as low as 1.99 in both avery and martha by avery.

I got some pages at WM for 1$ on liquidation. WM doesnt seem to carry the binders though and ive never seen any other pages than the ones i bought in liquidation at WM.

So I decided to go and buy the binder the hilroy zip binder... kinda bummed that it was $10 fixed price ...not like it was going to go on sale anytime soon ...so then the accessories for it aswell right?
Well dividers were $2.50 ... for a 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 thats quite expensive... and so I was walking along until i found THE CLEARANCE TABLE.. filler with wierd stuff .. some hockey stuff , invitations, pens, pencils, stickers, I looked at it for abit and didnt find anything but there was a pile of marth stewart stuff... I had low hopes in finiding anything fit for a 5 1/2 binder BUT

    I found this
quite happy dividers were 97cents and a tab pocket 1.97 ... much better than paying $2.50 for each divider and $3 for the tab pocket.

Here is mine, I know its not a coupon binder nor a coupon bag but it works for me

I have 2 kids and I don't need another thing to carry as I already have enough

The bins were bought at Dollarama and the letter's of each bin are written on index cards

BINS??? For coupons? Holy moly lol. You must have a lot of coupons!
Complete quick surveys and cash out at every $20. Receive a cheque, deposit it into your bank. That easy! https://legerweb.com/2Q7V3

Yup bins - they hold all coupons including the inserts that I cut up with room to spare

Wishful thinking they would be FULL but usually "D" is full by Jun/Jul with all the Danone coupons

I started with some dollar store photo albums which worked great.
I upgraded to the glowgirl coupon holder but I was nervous about dropping it and having the coupons go flying as the poster earlier experienced. I loved the holder though so I adapted it. I found an accordian coupon holder that matched it (from Dollar tree)and used that to hold all my food coupons. I kept one of my dollar store photo albums for my health and beauty items and the other photo album, I cut the sleeves and used them as coupon pouches to keep large coupons or to organize the overflow. I find this is working well for me especially as I didn't want to spend much more on another upgrade.
I see you are from Toronto. Which dollar tree did you buy the accordion coupon holder from? & was that what it was called? Love your idea!
