I'd find an island with 20-100 acres on it, wish fish in water, make sure I have a boat that can be taken to town sometimes because gas does expire after a couple years and you're not going to be able to drive.

I know it sounds mean, but I would enforce a class system and keep the leadership/skilled people away from the unstable people. Reason is, in bad times, there are some people who will not adjust. THe others can slowly turn it around in time.

The Island would be run with laws, if you don't like them, you can leave.

I hope he meets Rick soon. Rick reminds me of me in so many ways, and as soon as they introduced the governor, I knew right away this man was bad even though he seemed nice. I'm sure RIck will to and deal with him, but I suspect the writers will drag it out all season.
