I'm not so sure about that. I just moved to a neighborhood with a lot of folks, including kids around. And if I decided to sunbathe nude, naughty bits all exposed, on my lawn in plain view of my neighbors it would be less than 10 minutes before a squad car scooped me up. Psychiatric assessment followed by charges of indecent exposure.

But maybe the law is different for a 40 year old man and a 19 year old girl?

And, though the OP said it delicately, when asked to cover up this woman started masturbating in front of her. If that doesn't warrant a call to the police, I don't know what does. That neighbor girl is lucky the OP only contacted her parents. If this had happened next door to me I would definitely involve police and besides charges there would be a restraining order. I don't need messed up people near my kids.

Honestly, I would be worried, females can be sexual predators. Behavior like this is not normal. Not to say that this person would escalate the behaviour, but something is obviously not right with this woman. She may need some sort of psychological help.

As she still lives with or visits her parents I would think calling them would be the first step, as I see you have done. Also, just a fair warning, keep a careful eye on your property to make sure no retaliation damage is done over the next few days.

If there are any more insidences I would report her to the police. I'm just seeing a red with her behaviour of flashing her nether regions etc. Then with playing with herself, she is disturbed. What is to stop her from doing that while in a car near a playground etc? Keep your doors locked and make sure to close your blinds at night/when changing etc. She just does not sound like she is all there.

Please keep careful record of what has happened, just to protect yourself.

Well this early morning at 9am while I and my cousin was leaving my house going to the doctors for me, my neighbour's dad saw me and invited me inside quickly and was surprised that the daughter apologized to me. I wasn't expecting it and didn't really need one but I feel kinda good after, even though I think her parents had a talk with her and that she doesn't mean it.


About the picture taking thing, I don't think I would be liking the idea of taking pics of others vag. ... she might like it
