Ya, I did groceries a day early this week to use hubby's card as he had an offer for 4000pts for every $40. He didn't get the points, so I submitted an inquiry. Turns out the offer expired earlier than the others. So I apparently missed it. My own fault for not checking the offer date though.

The wife went today and bought 2 boxes of burgers and the 5000 free from points dd not show up. Had to file a complaint online. Says in my history I shopped there May 25th which is tomorrow. I am really getting sick of this broken program!

well Im annoyed.... I had the offer buy $10 worth of pc brand nursing accessories,bottles, liners etc.... and get 2000 points.... so Im all set to stock up( only 4 more months of formula feeding!) and theres 3 on the shelf( they are $5.49 each) I asked 3 different staff on the floor, and I found out they are discontinued! so sad.... so I bought all 3 boxes because we need them, but I wanted more.... will check the other location this week, but no points because I used the offer already.... lame....

I got the spend $20 on Free From and get 5000 points. I bought the frozen Free From Angus burgers $12.98 and 3 packs Free From Banger sausages $9.01 ($12.87 with 30% off).

All items are showing as meat on my receipt, but I didn't get the points. I asked in store if the 30% off would make a difference and I was told that as long as the dollar value after the discount was over $20 I would still get the points.

Didn't get the NN juice ones yet - they may have overlooked those because I put them on the same inquiry. If they don't go on by tomorrow afternoon I will just go and buy some more and see if they give me the points. If they don't I will put in an inquiry.

Ya they added my points within seconds of posting the complaint. I will give them credit for their fast response,but they have obvious issues they need to rectify.

Just put in an inquiry for the still missing 800 points and it was credited within 15 mins. They are good in that if they do screw up, they fix it!

I wonder if when price matching at NF .if you will get PC Plus points that are advertised in the Superstore flyer at NF or if they will only match the price of an item?
