I don't think so. I can scan either my PC Card of my MasterCard and it will load my offers with either. I'd say it was just a glitch that was missed...

I have 3 PC plus accounts, only one of them is linked with PC master card. But I always use that master card for payment, ( no matter which pc plus account I'm using and never have any problem.

So I went to do my shop and it worked! My subtotal was $33 and I used coupons including FPCS on a couple of taxable items so saved about $19 including taxes. Got my 3000 pts wus $30 plus points from a couple of product offers. Fyi, I bought nuts at 7.99 for an offer of 200 points for every $1 spent and got 1600 pts - so they rounded up this time.

Thanks again to Lavender Lady, flemeth, and torontogal for your help! Knowing that coupons work on this kind of offer opens a whole new world for me :) lol

When you call in to have points added manually, does anyone know how long does it takes to show up in your account?

I called once back at the beginning of the program, and the points showed up quickly - within the hour I think.

I usually do a points inquiry through the app or online, and the points show up instantly.

When I've done an inquiry online for missed points, I usually get the email and points within 2hours.

However, if the program added points that you should not have gotten, send the crew an e-mail. The online inquiry
form does not allow you to do a negative points values and I could not get one points amount reversed. So I gave up.

If I have a "for every $100 spent in store get 10,000 bonus points" can I use coupons to bring my total up to $100 ?

When I tried to enter a negative value and it would not get accepted by the online form. So I typed the value of points and explained to take them away in the text box. Instead, the staffer gave me those points.

The points offer today of interest is the 1000pts wub Haagen Daaz ice cream. It will definitely get used next week. The 300 points offer for every $3 of Perrier purchased likely excludes the slim cans (250ml) as the product size range indicates 330ml to 750ml. But Fortinos has the case of slim cans on sale for $3.99!

I think you didn't used to get it if you used a credit card since they take the exact amount. For instance if you had 100 points for every $1 and it came to $1.99, you would just get 100 points. I just got back from NF and I had the same situation as you did so I wonder if they've streamlined it everywhere. I spent .99 on mushrooms and still got 100 points, $3.99 on avocados and got 400 points.

I have a question, I have an offer get 600pts for every $4 spent on Maple leaf bacon.

$3.99 bacon - $2.50 = $1.49 So how would this work, greatly appreciated, thanks

- you will get the points on the pre-coupon price because the system does not tie the coupon to the product
- they system rounds up so $3.99 will count as $4

Basically 600 pts per pack of bacon.

^ You will receive the points based on the price before coupons. People have reported receiving the points when the amount has been off by a penny, so it seems like the system will round it up and award you the 600 points for the 3.99 bacon.

thank you @lecale and @d.ot here's hoping dh doesn't go to RCSS today as I forgot to give him my pc plus card and I have tons of bacon coupons BUT if he does it's lesson to be learned, I can't find my fob to give him, crap on toast.

J & C: You could always try to have the call centre add the points after the fact explaining that you forgot the card. it is loaded to your card so you have nothing to lose by asking.
I know you don't use a smart phone but for those that do what I have done is had DH log into the app under my account so then he can scan my number from his phone. I do the same when I want to save offers & he is not home. (he would never be bothered to do this)

yes this will work. :) Sometimes the cashiers make mistakes when scanning it. They will give you the points :)

A few weeks ago was checking my PC Plus account and now in QC ,the new week starts on Friday not on Thursday

thanks @lilo0003 and @Frugalbigmama I checked online and dh went to super store bless his heart, I will call PC plus this evening and hope they give me the points. He was getting 39 packs so @600 pts that's a lot of points (23,400pts) to be exact :shock: fingers crossed they credit the points because that will make the bacon that much cheaper :top:

I have the same offer. Here is what I did at RCSS:

4 x ML Bacon @ $3.99 each (PM'd Sobeys) = $15.96 (RCSS max for PMing is 4)

2 x ML Ready Crisp Bacon @ $5.99 each (RCSS price) = $11.98

Total $15.96 + $11.98 = $27.94

I earned 600 pts/$4.00 = 4,200 pts

even though I used the following coupons:

4 x $2.50 for the regular bacon = savings of $10.00

2 x B2G1 FREE peelies for the Ready Crisp Bacon = savings of $11.98

for a total coupon savings of $10.00 + $11.98 = $21.98

$27.94 (cost of 6 bacon) - $21.98 (coupons) = $5.96

$5.96 - 4,200 pts ($4.20 value) = $1.76 for 4 regular and 2 RC bacon :)

That would be nice! My RCSS has the Maple Leaf bacon on for $5.99 so I had to PM to get the $3.99 price. Both the RCSS in my area now have a strict limit of 4 on price matching.

If your husband hasn't gone to the store yet, make sure he uses the B2G1 FREE peelies for even more points and savings! :)

I never get good offers and then this 1 time, I forget to give him my card....arg....

He had 26x $2.50 bacon and 13 b2g1 free = 39 packs so lots of bacon

But I was not aware of the new limit of pming 4 items at RCSS, @lotsavings thanks for the heads up but dh was already at the store.

So new plan he will go to Sobey's tomorrow on his way home from work to use up the other 22 bacon coupons & 11 b2g1 - fingers crossed they have bacon

Thanks for this-found the same offer. Fortinos has some PC Plus points in current flyer on PepsiCo products that expire tomorrow-have to see which Tropicana products might get two sets of points as a result.
