I had get 4000 wus $40. Loaded all offers. Went to garden centre, spent more than $40 before tax, no points given. Checked my account, it asked me to load that offer only. Whaaat??? Sent in an inquiry, boom, points added within a minute. Offer is still showing as unused. Very odd.
This is normal when ever they add points after point inquiry email or call. Offer remain unused. They never update offers so we can use that again if want.

Does anyone know if there's a maximum number of times you can redeem an offer in a single transaction? I had an offer for 200 points per dollar spent on fresh pork. Does anyone have any experience with an offer like this? I'm wondering if the purchase of a gift card would be eligible for the bonus points. It's not mentioned in the terms as an exclusion, but I'm thinking it could be implied. Spending $100 in a single transaction would be awkward as the majority of what we purchase is fresh fruit, dairy, and meat (I only want to freeze so much).
I have spend $30 receive 3000 points. Decided I am using a gift card I redeemed for awhile back so free shopping and bonus points too. Will have to make sure I plan my shop right and pm at RCSS :)
