When you are using a bonus offer example 3000 pts for $30 spent, is that before coupons? Or after?

if you use a bonus offer (5000 pts wus $50) but then realize the cashier made a mistake and go to get money back on your receipt, if it now totals under $50 will the points be removed from your account?

Not very tried it but their terms say it will be. I guess it depends if they scan your receipt/card.

I used coupons and got the points but Coupon Zone coupons are deducted

Have to share my 1 great offer this week. I got the buy Kraft Shredded Cheese get 2,400 points. Between points and a few coupons I bought 14 packages. They are good until Jan/15 so lots of time to use them. I managed just over 33,000 points. I bought just the cheese. Then I bought the rest of my groceries and used those points!! It was so fun!! Usually my points offers are awful.

Shredded cheese can also be frozen....what a great deal. Enjoy!!!

I did get both point offers... I spent a total of $100 , rec'd 12kpoints for spending 75$ and 10k points for spending 100$

Question re PM'g produce, specifically Mushrooms ... I've routinely PM'd those 227g packs at RCSS over a long period of time; recently, however, I was refused, as the cashier said "They have to be THEIR Mushrooms". Huh! yes, they've now slapped a 'PC' sticker on these packs, but c'mon, mushrooms are mushrooms, whether its PC, Compliments, generic. Anyone else having issues with this or other PM'g attempts at RCSS ... they seem to be getting picky, picky, picky! ??

I haven't had any issues. I mentioned it to my cashier when I noticed they changed to PC, and she said as long as they are the same size and come from the same country, it's fine. I'm sure this could be a YMMV policy though.
