Does anyone know whether manufacturer coupons count towards your subtotal? I have this offer "10,000 pts for every $50 spending". If I spend $50 before tax and use $10 manufacturer coupon, will I get the 10,000 pts?

I have done this many times and had no trouble getting points. You can definitely use your coupons to reduce your total below $50.

Called them today to ask. After waited for half hour, a rep told me the $50 does not include coupon, points, gift cards. She said I need to pay $50 out of my pocket (say a credit card) before tax. If I use coupon to reduce the subtotal, or use gift card to pay for, or redeem my points, I WON'T qualify for the offer
Have you combined two or more "BUY $50 to get 10,000 pts, BUY $5 chocolate to get 1500 pts..." offers in one transaction?

It's a recurring offer. If you missed using it one week, load it again for the next week. See rockco's post #6585. You have to load it through guidingstars every week to get the offer in your pcplus account until the promo ends on Feb 4.

This never worked for me at Loblaws, but did work at one time at RCSS...not sure why considering they are the same company

Yes, I was originally confused and thought I had to purchase a Guiding Star product, but you DO NOT. Just need to buy anything, no specific value, in order for the offer to load. Also, you need to use the offer during the week's it's offered & loaded (I didn't know this).

Here's my receipts; on 1 account I purchased 4x No Name Noodles and account #2, I purchased Tasty brand dumplings. For sure, these are not Guiding Star products.

The star points are awarded at a later date. It's in the fine print somewhere.

Every week, you have to access the Guiding Star site in order to load the 1,000 Bonus offer for the week. If your 2nd trip was in the 2nd week of the offer (Jan 15-21) and you had loaded the offer for Jan 15-21 prior to the shop, the 1,000 for that week should have awarded on your receipt. If not, maybe your PC Plus card/PC credit card was not scanned for points (check the bottom of your receipt to see if you have a PC Points closing balance).

Unrelated to the 1,000 bonus, the Guiding Star products (1 star=25pts, 2 stars=50 pts, 3 stars = 100pts) are unrelated to the loading of offers. [I contacted PC Plus to double check.] If you purchased any of the Guiding Starred products, the points (1 star=25pts, 2 stars=50 pts, 3 stars = 100pts) during the promotion period (January 7 to February 4), will be awarded January 31, 2016 or 2 weeks from your shop cycle. You can purchase the Guiding Starred products any time, any # of transactions, as long as it's during the promotion period, and the points per this promotion, will be awarded January 31, 2016 or at minimum, 2 weeks from your shop cycle.

The PC Plus Rep agreed the communication on these 2 separate promotions (Pts for Starred & 1,000 Bonus) was very poor.
