I think in some provinces new flyers start from Thursday so they got their PC plus offers early, here in Ontario PC plus related flyers start from Friday so we got our offers on Friday.

I'm in Ontario, too, and my personal offers begin on Fridays. However, I was able to load the maple syrup offer from www.pc.ca this morning. (It didn't work when I tried last night but I went back this morning and, voila!, it worked. ) I also receive occasional personal bonus offers on Thursdays.

The only good one I got was 200 pts on Astro yogurt. Astro tubs are on special at Loblaws for $1.99, minus pink sticker, minus$1 for Astro tubs, 200 pts earned plus 2 free Astro yougurt tubs. Unfortunately , because I was a penny short, the offer only worked once.
