There is nothing wrong with my password - I can log into my regular pc plus account no problem. It is on this particular site it is not recognizing me as a PC plus member.....strange. I have tried it on my main laptop so it should work.

I had the same problem I could sign in on any other one of their sites and after a number of unsuccessful attempts it locked my account. After getting it unlocked (on hold for 30 minutes) I had to reset my password again, but found out it was my password that was the problem it had 9 characters and it needs to be 8. So now I have no problem signing in to provigo.

kudos to pc plus customer service ... not only was i locked out of my account but also lost my pc points card with 59,000 pts ... they were able to transfer my points to another account ,, exceptional service with just an email ...

Yep I got it this morning so go right ahead with your coupons I had another offer of 10k for every $50 so I really cleaned up with 30k points total lol.

Some times it pays to push your offers to the next week. I pushed my 200 for every dollar on fresh pork and then this morning another 200 for every dollar appeared.
We bought 43 dollars and received back 17600 points

Too bad I did not get spend x and get y back in points or for sure I would of spend a bit more money

Well, this is mildly infuriating.

I got an email a short while ago from PC Plus informing me of a special "PC^® Insiders Collection^TM must try" offer available to be loaded.

However when I click on the link to take me to the offer page, I get a message about a "Planned Outage".

The PC Plus app appears to be working though - the offer I received was 1,500 points for a PC Mac & Cheese Chorizo Nacho.
