    Just sharing that it is my daughters 16th birthday today and she is out trying out her birthday gift out on her horse! She got a jumping horse bridle and bit for her horse as she has been bugging us to jump forever!!!! Her brother and girlfriend got her lessons to see how "good" she is! We will see! So excited! I don't like to watch her jump. I am a mother! lol

    Today sucked huge, big issues at work. There have been huge issues for over a year now with one girl who seems to think she is special and entitled because she has been with the company 20+ years, I finally learned what her issue was with me and it is something I cannot change. Yesterday she just emails everyone to say she is leaving early on Friday but does not ask anyone to cover her (she works till 5 where is the rest of us leave earlier), neither myself or the other girl on order desk can stay so we ask our front counter to cover us, all is taken care of no issue, apparently there was an issue because she went to our boss after we left yesterday. So today we get called out on this, and now our office is in turmoil conveniently just before reviews are about to happen. This is getting so old we cannot do anything without it becoming an issue, I asked her to process an order for me one day a I had to go work on a project and apparently as soon as I left the office she was saying how rude that was, you cannot say anything without offending her and becoming some huge issue. Our boss keeps telling us to fix it but I cannot fix the issue she has with me.

    No wonder I get tension headaches and stress breakouts.

    They are pierced but it is very rare that I wear earrings for fear of my babies ripping them out of my ears...again.
