We always called my mom's mom Nanny but that is because we were told we were not allowed to call her Grandma, Grandma made her feel old and like she should be sitting in a rocking chair knitting.

My mom's Dad was Hezy (all my fault), they tried to get me to call him Henry (his nick name) but I said Hezy and it stuck with all grandkids.

Ha! Our's is Nanny & Poppy too! I haven't heard any other grandparents called that We are only going for a long weekend though, not as long as your trip! Still exciting lol

My kids package is ready to go. Just need to pop out tonight and pick up a few last minute gifts for my Adult buddies significant other- I feel kinda bad the rest of the package is pretty buddy specific- can't have someone feeling left out I will be mailing both out tomorrow... I would imagine delivery will be between July 11th and 13th for both.

I don't really need anything and the girls are set for summer clothes. But they could use anything for school in the fall in a size 6 or 7

^^ I know your not my buddy so I won't answer. I do like there dresses but even with this sale, its still too much $ for me. I think most are $30 so $15 each with the sale. Eh, I haven't even had a chance to wear the dresses I do have because the weather hasn't been all the greatest. Come on summer!!

DD got a wonderful package today from Coquitlam...missidj was it you? lol
There is a birthday present in there for her as well as tshe turns 3 on July 11...ty soooo much gonna be hard to say no until day 1 for the rest lol

Wow, that was quick!! I just mailed it yesterday afternoon, I hadn't even checked the tracking yet!! I did put my name in the birthday card but I guess I forgot to put it anywhere else=)

Better get shopping! I made a list this time as I shopped, also so I know what is being opened each day lol. At Christmas not only did I buy way more gifts than I needed to but I didn't remember what was for which day! Every train I learn something new. Like I shouldn't have bought chocolate for a summer train

I had the opposite problem with my little buddy. I picked up one item but decided to buy gently used and got 17 for the price of 2!!!! So he/she will have one to open every day in addition to their other gift. OOPS! It's a good thing the advent train isn't run more then twice a year
