What a week, I am sorry for not getting questions answered. I will try tonight to get caught up.
Monday I broke our lawn mower
Tues my doctors appt didn't go so well( a whole new batch of tests( 15 blood viles) and still no clue as to what is causing my hives)
Weds I had to give my 2 beautiful Pyrnees pups away ( total idiot neighbor issues)
And tomorrow is the 1 yr mark since my FIL passed away, my children and husband are complete wrecks and somehow I have to hold everything together.

I am out shopping for buddy right now, I need some retail therapy to get through this week. Hoping to find that one completely stellar gift today

I love free birthday things. For my birthday this year I went all around the city to get a ton of free stuff. Free meals, free makeup, free free free!!! Love it.

Here I am, I am feeling better this morning, last night not so much. The physio guy did A LOT of manipulating of my shoulder yesterday and left me feeling a little gross, my belly was upset all day and add to that the immense guilt I feel for backing out on making the cake for the survivor reception, cake pops for Trent's class trip and a cake for a friend and it made for a crappy night.

I am feeling much better about things this morning. I went to costco and explained my situation and they are going to make me a couple of beautiful slab cakes to take to the reception, Trent has decided on homemade caramel corn and chocolate chip cookies for his camp which I can do without hurting my shoulder and my friend wasn't upset about me cancelling on her... WHEW!! All small potatoes in the big scheme of things but it knocked me back a step yesterday. I'm so happy we have an awesome train going on, that makes everything better!!!

BIG HUG SLAMBERT!!! I know those days. But you have always done the best for your family. I'm sure everyone would be happy with any cake too. Please take care of your shoulder, otherwise, how will you type on the thread? =)

I love tea! I'm slowly working through all my Davids Tea. Then I can buy new ones! I'm going to have a few tea parties this summer with friends though. An excuse to wear a party dress. Or I was thinking of having a pajama tea party. =)

SassyWife - I have used Vistaprint.ca before and they are pretty good. I thought about ordering my buddy some trade cards from there but now I think if I can I'm going to handmake my own..
