Better get shopping! I made a list this time as I shopped, also so I know what is being opened each day lol. At Christmas not only did I buy way more gifts than I needed to but I didn't remember what was for which day! Every train I learn something new. Like I shouldn't have bought chocolate for a summer train

I *think* I figured out a way around the chocolate in a summer train.... Now I am hoping my buddy will follow the instructions to help make my idea a success

I too had a list for both buddies as to what is being opened each day- that way I knew what I needed to buy and helped to make sure I actually had a gift for each day instead of none for the 15th and 3 for the 25th.

Came home to find a few packages (I'm a little addicted to online shopping!) but one I wasn't expecting. I got a sample pack of k-cups, creamy iced coffee and two types of iced tea! I don't remember ordering them but oh well, I will give them a shot lol. I think I have iced tea and iced coffee from end of season last year.

Buddy, I mailed your package & you should have it early next week. It was on the cheaper side to mail $15 & some change but then it doesn't have to go too far (hint, hint) BUT I also had to sit on it to close it! There is 1 open me now & lots of unwrapped extras to tide you over to day 1!

We always called my mom's mom Nanny but that is because we were told we were not allowed to call her Grandma, Grandma made her feel old and like she should be sitting in a rocking chair knitting.

My mom's Dad was Hezy (all my fault), they tried to get me to call him Henry (his nick name) but I said Hezy and it stuck with all grandkids.

my DD has lots of grandparents & they all have different names!

Grampsy - my dad.
Granny - my mum (she didn't want to be Grandma as she thought that sounded too old).

Grandma - my MIL (the one that gets on my nerves).

Grumpy - my FIL (name comes from his first step granddaughter & stuck).
Grammy - my step MIL (I get along with her).

Nan - my auntie that I'm really close with, DD's great aunt.

GG - my Nana, DD's Great-Grandmother.
