Morning all! Up a little early today and caught up. Feeling a bit sad today as I'm realizing that Matthew leaves for Cuba tomorrow. He's never been away from us for more than a night and definitely hasn't travelled alone.

So the worry and panic sets in. My hubby told him not to come back with little Cuban babies - LOL!! I am off tomorrow as his flight is at 4:25pm and hubby is off early. It will be so weird as Melissa is currently not working and we will all be there to send him off. My little boy is growing up. Going in the corner to have a lil cry before work.

Is it wrong to be counting down the the weekend when it was a short week?

I am currently being tortured, we got new BB the other day and we cannot use them. My old phone is acting up the buttons stick not to mention the fact I have scratched off most of the letters on my keyboard and we have these brand new pretty phones we cannot use . It is sitting in it's box taunting and teasing me. OH well guess people are going to have to continue to deal with my messages having 13 O's or 7 I's and every word being capitalized as every time I hit the space bar it double spaces and enters a period.

Hey Ashley...No it's not wrong to count down a short week. Mine is shorter since I'm off tomorrow and can't wait for today to be over. WOOHOO!! Had my little time for reflection this morning about my baby abandoning us for a week. He's upset that I didn't buy him ruffles chips - his fave to take with him yet. I don't see how you can take that. it will fill his carry on bag up. I suggested pringles but he hates those. Oh well, his chip fetish will have to wait a week I guess.

Good morning everyone!!!! . Well I have figured that this train will be good for my figure, I can't stay away from my package and want to play with it, so I banish myself to the treadmill or turn on one of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 if I go near the box

Ok so I am doing it anyway to get rid of the 35 lbs I have gained from the new meds I am on but it is good incentive when I am starting to feel a little hopeless. This is the first time ( other then when I was pregnant) that I have needed to work this hard to maintain or lose weight, my poor body just doesn't know what it is supposed to be doing anymore. And my doctors are no closer to figuring out what is going on..... Sheesh I am going into my appts with more Info then they have and they are now just throwing meds at me.

Has anyone done a master cleanse before? What was your experience with it? I am thinking a complete cleanse is what I need at this point to give my body a fighting chance.

I got the Z10 which was what I asked for , me and keyboards do not get along, I scratch the pain off all of them with my nails.

cowgirl I cleanse 4 times a year, but I'm not familiar with the master cleanse. I just grab one of the cleanse kits from Superstore..for the life of me I can't remember what it's called. I also drink fennel tea and david's tea detox tea while I cleanse and periodically between cleanses. I always feel great after

Just a FYI, I have a few Dr. appts today and if my gift comes I won't know it till early evening. Our mail doesn't come till afternoon out here and by then I will be out.

Cowgirlmama be careful of those cleanses...... I hear some not so nice things about them.

Alexa has been banished to the "Disc of Solitude" (Don's name for the exersaucer). She's so sucky these last two days. Gah!

My package came!! Thank you Gwenad I can't wait until the 15th to start tearing into everything!! Here's a pic, the red gifts are for me and the green ones are for Trent, he'll be super excited when he gets home next weekend. There were some really cool unwrapped gifts too, lots of different samples of stuff for working out. I'm looking forward to giving them a try Also some nice skin care samples, and a chocolate soap..and the best part is a cool little set of nail polish Thanks!!
