why the heck to people think it's a good idea to go up to an apartment/condo building and hit every single buzzer, and wake everyone up at 3am?! i don't care how drunk you are.. it is NOT ok... i don't care if you "forgot your glasses at a party and can't remember which unit you were in" it's still not ok!
When life hands you Edward Cullen...throw him back and demand Eric Northman....

What the heck is wrong with people? I'm so sorry that happened to you. That's assault; and while I could think of a couple people that might need a tune up (a quick clip across the ear for my neighbor and her stunning wind chime collection or my other neighbor who baby sits dogs--and even then I would never...). I can't believe that random acts of violence occur. I can imagine you'd feel violated and angry at everyone.

Okay, okay so watching the Raptors win
the N.B.A. championship was great fun
but here's the problem.
Now a whole generation ,
of especially the disadvantaged youth,
will believe, like their American counter-parts,
that you can bounce a basketball to a successful
career and untold riches and that school and
learning are a waste of time.
Our heroes should really be people with brains not brawn.
P.S. : as I thought, these hired guns have no loyalty
to anyone but themselves as what happened to the
Blue Jays after their M.L.B. championship.
The moral of the story, enjoy the show regardless
of who is playing and don't get emotionally involved
because they certainly don't!!!
That's my 2 cents, do I feel better?
No, this just confirms my observation that most
people today are just looking out for themselves.

The emotional investment is why you watch. As for players they have to make as much money as possible. 50% goes to taxes and a lot of them end up broke (cars, money, women (kids). I don't fault anyone for moving to a better or happier situation and making more money. In their defense when their careers are done many don't even care about them anymore. We got our title. I am happy. (anti-rant)

Valid points. But remember a lot of these guys have huge entourages, limited education (don't finish college) and come from poor backrounds (not always) and have many many people around them with their hands out.
Point being is we got a title and should be grateful. As parents we should always encourage our kids to get a good education and make something of themselves in their lives. Not everyone is going pro, but if you do make as much money as possible.
And wear condoms when required. lol *message*

Most U.S. athletes have "college educations".
They go to prestige schools on all expense paid 'scholarships',
taking the place of real potential students
and come out knowing next to nothing.
College athletics is the major contributor to the college administration.
Scams on top of scams.

Same old rant. Parents setting bad examples for their kids and letting them bud in lines at public places. All you can do is keep calling them out publically and hope they get the point.
I told me kids nice and loud sorry but sometimes adults act like children. The bad parent got message.

So I emptied a cooler one day after it was used at an event because melted ice and drinks remained in the cooler. Emptied and dried off everything. Later on Sunday, sibling complains to our parent about who emptied the cooler?
Thanks bro-I was not looking forward to seeing mold settle in because you were too *busy* on a cross-border bike ride. You could have dealt with the cooler on Saturday.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.
