boo! was able to register through a "freebie" newsletter - but after the registration, it said there were no available spots for my family makeup!!

I just thought I'd start this Pinecone research discussion in hopes of helping people get a Pinecone invitation. It might also display on the google ad bar on the top since this is how Pinecone advertises.


I have a Pinecone account and so far I've been satisfied by the number of surveys I get. I know a lot of people are desperate for an invitation coz I get a lot of invitation requests. I even got asked by a TD bank employee while depositing my Pinecone cheques . She was very interested in joining Pinecone.


Unfortunately, Pinecone did not give me any invitations yet and it seems like they rarely give out any. So you have to basically keep an eye for their ads which are either text in google ads or look like:

no big deal, they lowered there payout to $3 bucks, and they canceled my accout because i did a survey for them for free, asking me how i felt about there new system; no thank you
there are other sites that i make much more from.

I've been doing Pinecone surveys for a couple of years on a regular basis....about 2 a month and have always been paid $5/survey through Paypal. Is the $3 for new registrants?

for the first time in years (and yes i do mean years) i finally got a product to test in the mail! it was quite a surprise! (and sure enough the moment the box was opened toodles ran off with the bubble wrap that was in the box lol)

i also still get $5 checks in the mail (not a paypal person) surveys disappeared for awhile but when i emailed them on it i started getting them again (basically didn't do 1 survey they asked me why i wasn't doing any and told them i'd have to get them to do them) i've been part of pinecone for easily 10 years!

Did my first survey yesterday!! How long does it take to get their cheques in the mail? I honestly though the survey was one of the best I've ever done, it wasn't boring, or even too long!

I also recently got $5 for a completed survey. I've never gotten a $3 payout in the last 2 years of being a participant.
