I have noticed that Food Basics have a lot of Locked and Lowered prices which are not always shown in the flyer but have the tag on the shelf.

RBC just credited me the 2nd 3% savings off my statement for the FB offer. Only 2 per card holder allowed. That was fast!

The coupon is no longer available. I printed a bunch when it was available since the expiry date is Dec 2024

At rexall today i rocked the points

spent $61.80 and got 43,650 points $25,000 points =10.00

I had spent over 40 get 27,500, then base points ,bonus points rbc credit card was used 14,700 pts 900 points on softsoap

Walmart had a bag of discounted tomatos for $0.40/lb
It must have been a marking error, since all the other bags were over double in price. I suspect someone double-discounted.

Freshco had 15x cans of spaghetti for $0.27 each
Also got to price-match 3x honeydew and a cantaloupe for $2.44 each; worked out to $0.50/lb

I wouldn't say this was THE best deal BUT at Metro this morning I had a hankering for their " inferior " sushi/California style rolls.
( I know there are way better places to get those...but cravings won out? ) . Anyways, they rang in at the wrong price, so I got a
SCOP on 1 and paid $7.00 for the other tray!
I also bought 4 x Charmin Triples, 8 =24 rolls and 2 x Bounty PT 4 = 6 both @ $5.99 ea. , 4 x Irresistible Pizza's @ $2.99 ea. ,
2 x $2.00 bags of reduced rack parsnips and bartlett pears, , 12 pizza buns ( reduced 30% ) , 6 cans diced tomatoes ( @ 3 for $5.00 ) .
A .24 cent banana earned me 3 AM ha ha. Oh and I splurged on 2 tubs of rice pudding, 1 x baby carrots, 1 x 2L lactose free milk.
Total $108.82 , redeemed 950 AM , OOP $8.82. ( earned 33 AM ) Yeah I guess it was made pretty decent by redeeming the AM.
