    My favourite flour, Rogers 10kg bags were on sale at Safeway (ended Thursday) and I was able to get a whole wheat bag for $6.99 with sale and coupon, then received a rain cheque for the unbleached flour that I use all the time. A rain cheque is perfect as it lasts 90 days and I had just bought a full sack last month during an $8.99 sale...

    For eachpack of maple leaf prime thighs pmd at $1.99/lb got a 4pk of bistro rice for $5 with $4 off chicken

    Then at food basics had natural selections rang in 6.99 marked $3.98 but the sign was for country naturals they gave me the sale price but not scop which is ok I used my $5 wub3 and paid $6.94
